Luncheon Special
A quick and easy Savoury luncheon dish 10 mins preparation time
Equally good for vegetarians without the ham and can add any other vegetables as required.
What you'll need:
340 g can Asparagus spears
440g can Whole kernel corn
3 eggs
1 c grated cheese
1/2 c self raising flour
1 tbsp oil
1 chopped onion
2 slices ham or luncheon sausage
1 1/2 c milk
Method:
Drain and chop the asparagus and drain the corn. Place the vegetables with the remaining ingredients in a bowl with a lid. Shake the bowl for about 1 min until contents are well mxed. Pour into buttered and floured baking dish. Bake at 180C for 45 mins or until centre feels firm when pressed.
Serves: 5 -6
